Technical principle:

Low temperature plasma is the fourth state after solid, liquid and gas. It is composed of electron, ion, free radical and neutral particle. Low temperature plasma ion beam and electron beam formed by low temperature plasma products produced by spiral microwave low temperature cold technology, 8 million times per second -5000 million times the speed of repeated bombardment of odor molecules to activate various components, ionization, cracking of the exhaust gas, from chemical reaction and oxidation etc.. The principle of treating waste gases by plasma is as follows:

1., when the plasma is energized, a 15 thousand volt high voltage electric field is formed. The exhaust gas is ionized at the time of entering, the molecular bond breaks down, and the exhaust gas molecules are broken down into high-energy electrons.

2., oxygen O2 is ionized into O- (free oxygen atom), because free oxygen carries positive and negative electron imbalance, so it needs to combine with oxygen molecule, and then produce ozone O3.

3. the exhaust gas is oxidized to CO2 and H2O under the action of O3

Characteristic advantage:

1., a wide range of applications: applicable to most organic waste gases and H2S, NH4 and other odor gases.

Matters needing attention:

1, when the working conditions are bad, the front end must be equipped with pretreatment equipment.

2. The oxidation reaction pipe should be reserved at the back of the equipment.

Field type:

Plasma electric field is the core of the whole equipment. There are 3 main kinds of electric field at present. They are wire plate type, honeycomb type and nursery type. The circle is simple, the electric field voltage is high, and the ozone output is large.
