The SHCJ/DG type multi tube impact dust collector is a new type of wet dust removal equipment newly developed recently, which is based on the advanced technology of other countries and combined with the actual production environment protection in China. The equipment is mainly used for the purification treatment of non fiber, non corrosive, dust containing gas of not more than 120 C. It is widely used in power, metallurgy, chemical industry, mine, coal, building materials and other industries.

1) the overall structure:

The upper box includes the inlet and outlet pipe, the distribution air supply pipe, the two water retaining plate, the spray head, the centrifugal fan and so on (I type air blower).

The lower box includes the mud bucket, the water inlet pipe and the backwash nozzle and so on.

The accessories are: electric push rod, liquid level control instrument, electromagnetic valve and so on.

2) the principle of work:

The principle of the dust collector unit is shown below. When the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the inlet, the larger coarse particle is blocked by the baffle (1), and the smaller dust enters the header with the airflow. At this time, the dusty gas flows through the air supply pipe and spouts out from the nozzle at a higher speed, and the impact liquid surface bumps up a lot of foam and water droplets, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying and dedusting. The air after the purification is under the effect of negative pressure, and the water drops contained in the gas are removed by the first water plate and the second water retaining plate, and the air is discharged from the outlet of the fan.
