The water bath type dust removal unit is composed of a fan, a dust collector, a dust cleaning device and a water level automatic control device. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, compact assembly, small occupied area, convenient construction and installation, high purification efficiency, high allowable inlet dust concentration (100g/m3), large air volume fluctuation, no dust blockage and small water consumption. This unit is suitable for a wide range, can be used for the purification of fibrous and non hydraulic dust, non corrosive temperature not higher than 300 DEG C gas containing dust. It is suitable for metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, foundry, electric power, building and refractory industry.

The unit is composed of fan, dust collector body, sewage discharge device and automatic control device. The fan is installed on the top of the dust collector, and the clean gas after purification is extracted. The main body of the dust collector consists of the intake chamber and the clean gas mist chamber to purify the dust. The sewage discharge device is installed at the bottom of the conical funnel of the dust collector, and the mud is discharged. The automatic control device is composed of water supply system and control device.

The water level inside the unit is controlled by the overflow tank, when the water level weir box overflows, water can flow into the water tank, the water discharged from the overflow tube, located on the overflow tank automatic control device to ensure the water in the range of 3-10mm changes to ensure unit stable and high efficiency, and to save water.

The upper vent pipe of the overflow box is connected with the net air separation mist chamber to make the two water surface with the same height.

The water of the overflow box is connected by the connected pipe inserted into the lower part of the dust collector to keep the surface of the overflow tank stable.
