According to the characteristics of furniture workshop wood dust, in order to make the ZYMC series more suitable for processing wood dust removal equipment, our company improved blowing bag type dust collecting equipment of ZYMC-II type pulse, improved DMC-II pulse blowing bag type dust removing device retains the advantages of high purification efficiency, gas processing capacity, stable performance, convenient operation bag, long service life, small maintenance workload of ZYMC- type, and the structure and the pulse valve is improved, expanding the scope of application of bag type dust collecting equipment, improve the ash collecting efficiency, prolong the service life of the filter bag, reduces the labor intensity of operators.

Dust collection measures in furniture factories: dust suction cover is installed above or at the side of each processing machine dust source, and the dust is sucked into the conveying pipeline through the action of the fan, and then sent to the storage bin, so that the dust concentration of each operation point can be reduced to 2mg/m3. The efficiency of dust removal is from 95% to 99%.

The dust removal equipment of the furniture factory is mainly composed of the following components:

(1) the shell part: including cleaning room (also known as gas purification box, gas box), filter room. Partition board, repair door and shell structure. The cleaning room is equipped with a lifting valve and a floral board, and a short tube, and a filter bag and a skeleton in the filter room.

(2) and ash discharging mechanism: a hopper and a dust concentration according to different series, screw conveyor, set respectively, airslide and rigid impeller feeder (i.e. unloading valve).

(3) the inlet and outlet box body: including the inlet and outlet pipe and the middle partition board. The single (or single row) structure is arranged on the side of the shell, and the double row (or double row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell.

(4) pulse dust cleaning device, including pulse valve, gas package, lifting valve cylinder and electromagnetic valve, etc.

(5) compressed air pipeline and its decompression device, oil and water separator, oil mist device, etc.

(6) pillar and vertical cage ladder, railing.
