Adsorption catalytic purification device for organic waste gas

It is mainly applied to the purification and odor elimination of volatile or leaking organic waste gas in painting, printing, household appliances, shoes, plastics and various chemical workshops. It is most suitable for large air volume, and it is not suitable for direct combustion or catalytic combustion and adsorption recovery treatment of organic waste gas.

Activated carbon adsorption treatment of organic waste gas is the use of activated carbon micropore to absorb the characteristics of organic substances, the organic solvent of large air volume and low concentration organic waste gas is adsorbed into activated carbon and concentrated, and then directly discharged by gas after adsorption and purification.

Catalytic combustion of organic solvent desorption is adsorbed by catalytic combustion decomposition of organic waste gas after the hot air heating in the activated carbon, so as to reach the boiling point of the solvent, the organic solvent out of active carbon in the high concentration of exhaust gas, and concentrated into the catalytic combustion device.

The core part of the system is made up of three parallel activated carbon adsorption and catalytic incinerator. It is controlled by PLC control system and equipped with touch digital display. The front end of the equipment is connected with the washing tower or dry filter, the back end of the equipment is connected to the chimney, and the purifying gas is discharged.
